These plans were to incorporate energy efficiency, better methods of construction and constant updating with new products for our homeowners so as to enhance their quality of life. This met another goal of ours; value through design. It is visibly evident that we have enhanced our community, as we have built or remodeled over 300 homes. Our homeowner move-in orientation, customer service and warranty program further ensures that the workmanship and materials we offer are backed by a written guarantee, giving you that extra peace of mind. About Bud Gandy
"Bud" Gandy is a second-generation homebuilder and worked on his father's jobs during high school and college. After graduation, he began working for his father as Job Superintendent until he formed his own building company, BENCHMARK HOMES, INC.
In forming his own company, Bud incorporated the ideas and principles he learned through education, seminars, and job experience to give good design, value, and follow-up service for his customers. Benchmark has built over 300 homes, which have been a blend of mostly custom homes with some speculative homes in the mix. They have also developed four subdivisions and is a licensed real estate broker.
